Randolph Wile – President
Randolph Wile has over 25 years of varied experience in the real estate industry. He has identified, structured and acquired commercial properties throughout the country, and has developed retail properties and single family subdivisions in the Houston area. Additionally, he managed a problem loan portfolio and a disposition program for a large regional savings & loan, and served as a consultant to public and private developers, as well as to financial institutions. Collectively, these experiences and the relationships that he has established demonstrate creativity, entrepreneurial abilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to successfully develop and implement a business plan.
Mr. Wile is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, and is active in a variety of philanthropic endeavors in the Houston area. He serves on the executive boards of the American Jewish Committee and the Texas Bicycle Coalition, as well as on the Standing Committee For Academics at Rice University and the Grants and Allocations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston. Additionally, he formerly served on the Finance Committee of the Shlenker School.
Richard has over 12 years of experience in brokerage and works closely with a number of landlords, tenants and buyers in the greater Houston and Texas Market. He has actively worked over one thousand deals and
has experienced nearly every angle of a commercial real estate lease transaction.
He is currently assisting with store site selection for Sport Clips, Ethan Allen, Sally Beauty Supplies, Armstrong McCall, Eye Mart, Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake Pizza, Baskin Robbins, Complete Nutrition, State Farm, Signarama, Snap Fitness, Title Max, Nestle Toll House, Learning Express, Vietopia Restaurant, Halloween Express, 1/2 Price Boxes, Athletic Nation, Soccer Tots, and additional local concepts.
He has also represented a number of landlords in a leasing capacity over the years, including Regency Centers, Westwood Financial Corp., Lovett Commercial, Fincher Companies, Wallace/Halpin, Urban Meridian, Braun Enterprises, Apex Real Estate, BET Investments, Corinthian Real Estate, Beacon Development, Wile Interests, Baker Katz, Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group, Office Max, Interstate Batteries, Advance Auto and more.
Richard has gained a unique perspective in the market and utilizes his knowledge and relationships in every deal he approaches. This perspective is extremely useful in his capacity to negotiate option renewals locally and nationally with landlords.
Richard enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family as often as possible.
Catherine Wile – Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Catherine Wile practiced real estate law in Houston beginning in 1986. Her practice focused on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of income producing properties and raw land. She represented a variety of mall, shopping center, office building, and lot developers. She also represented numerous banks in commercial real estate loans and portfolio sales. She joined Wile Interests in 2014 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Ms. Wile is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law, and a magna cum laude graduate of Rice University. She serves on the Planning and Zoning committee for the City of Bunker Hill Village and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Healthcare and Nursing Education Foundation that serves the greater Houston area.
Renee Crosbie – Administrative & Financial Support Manager, Property Manager
Renee Crosbie has over 15 years in paralegal and financial office support. She has efficiently managed several offices over the course of the past 10 years handling all financial, secretarial, paralegal, and customer services details. She joined Wile Interests in 2015 as the Administrative and Financial Support Manager.
Ms. Crosbie also oversees the Property Management of all property’s owned by Wile Interests and its affiliates.
Ms. Crosbie graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has served for over 5 years as a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council as a troop leader, Community Financial Specialist, and camp volunteer.
Josh has over 5 years of experience working on the acquisition and asset management of a variety of asset classes throughout the United States. Prior to joining Wile Interests, Josh led the underwriting and acquisition process for M-M Properties’ operating office portfolio. He started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as an asset manager for an array of asset classes, including hotels, casinos, farmland, and office developments contained in the bank’s Whitehall Funds. He continued his career at Fortress Investment Group where he helped grow and manage the firm’s 100+ property senior living portfolio within the New Senior REIT (NYSE:SNR).
Josh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
